Our Staff

Each remedial specialist at the Summit Center for Learning is fully trained in their field of expertise. Not only is every one of our professionals certified by the State of New Jersey, but each holds advanced training certificates in a variety of educational specialties in reading, math, written language, as well as organizational and/or study skills. SAT Math, Verbal, and Writing specialists round off our staff offerings.

The educational needs of each child that enters our facility are different. We have ensured that each will be appropriately accommodated by carefully choosing his or her specialist accordingly. Upon consultation, our director will place your child with the professional best suited to meet your child’s needs Our exceptional team consists of a variety of experienced learning consultants, special educators, regular educators, and other professionals who are dedicated and trained to help your child succeed.

Each parent can be comforted by the fact that their child’s teacher is trained in the most up-to-date and advanced techniques available. Our specialists are trained in multi-sensory programs like Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Touch Math®, and Handwriting without Tears®, to name a few.

Although we can’t offer your child milk and cookies each time, your child and his or her specialist will build a warm relationship that will enhance learning and build a secure environment in which to succeed. At the Summit Center for Learning… KIDS (really do) COME FIRST!
